Hi Michael and welcome along to the forum. I find that my p gets red immediately after I've had a bath, exercised or put on moisturiser, though it calms down about an hour or so after. With that in mind, I try to time when I do all of the above, if there's an event or something I'm going to do where the redness my bug me.

Just wondering how you got on?  :)

I was referred to the hospital & have an appointment on 26th April. Hopefully I can get it sorted as it just seems to be getting worse. Creeping back on my face now & I hate it!! Very dry & sore on all parts of my body. Trying to stay positive though!
