Hi, im Lin, ive had p for about 4yrs now, it started on my palms and about a year ago it appeared on my heels and soles.
in Dec. last year i started a new job in catering and within a couple of months being there the p on my hands all but dissapeared!! now i dont know weather this is to do with working in a controled temp (most of food i handle is frozen) or maybe something in what im handling. Istill have a very tiny bit of p on heels of my hands but it doesnt itch or cause me any problem at all.
Mt feet on the other hand drive me mad, keep me awake at night, get really sore walking, etc...yet all my doc does is prescribe more steroid cream !!
Anyway, enough chattering on, im glad iv'e found this forum as i thought i was alone with this but obviously not.
