Hello and welcome along  :)

The 5 post rule is for Instant Messages only (top right hand of the page and it allows you to privately contact other members). You are a member as you have registered and you can post anywhere and anyone can read what you post (like the posts above).

I hope you find PHO informative and supportive...take a good read around as there is lots of stuff written about all things P!

hi able...welcome from me too!!! hope you find lots of advice here. haven;t tried dr fish, but heard about it. search the board cos there was a thread about this not long ago.   ;D
