1. Do you think my P got worse from moving to the UK with less sunshine?
2. Is P common to caucasians, or can southeast asians get is as well?
3. Will my P improve if I move to a hot climate with lots of sunshine?

my answer
1. may well of, but we all different peps, with different types of p.
for some a move to a hot climate makes there p worse and for some it helps with a remission
2. the prevalence of p is world wide even from local's of the dead sea
and now the prevalence of p,in the Inuits/Samoans etc is getting higher
as the gene pool mixes

but pa as been found in dinosaur's bones and in mummies
dogs and 2types of monkey's get p/pa
but as in 2 above diets around the world differ
smoking and alcohol are a no no
a good healthy diet can only help omega 3/ etc is good
no more than 1 tinned fish a wk etc
