plaque psoriasis,inverse,pustulour,scalp,guttate psoriasis in daughter 8

Hi to everyone,i have had a few previous notes i have put on about my daughter who is 8,she has steroid for scalp face creams and other stuff i am using.she has been having uvb light treatment which is working for her face but nurses said on friday not responding well to the lights and soon be 6 weeks,got pustulour psoriasis on feetand hurting her now when she walks,also got guttate now which i know was common in children but pustulour is rare in children,and nurses said that its rare to have all psoriasis my daughter has got right now bless her,so we werent supposed to see consultant end feb but he wants to see her back next wed,after nurses told him whats been going on with my daughter,the nurses said that might give her strong steroid for her body,i want to know if they are side affects to them and also they were on about puva light but its not for children under 12 i have read,could anyone please help me on this matter of puva or the pustulour psoriasis on her feet also coming on hands your opinion would mean a lot to me as have no one else to talk to regarding this thankyou

Poor girl,  I really feel for her.   I hope they will give the light treatment a few more weeks.  It can make all the difference.  And in my opinion is much better than using steriods (especially strong ones) on her body

I'm not saying steriods do not have their place,  but stong ones on a child body . . . . .  on the soles of her feet then maybe.

I've never had ppp so can't really help there.  Hopefull someone with a bit more knowledge than me will be along shortly to offer a bit of advice.
