im only sixteen and first got psoriasis when i was about 14-15 started as a small patch on my back which now appears to be the size of jupiter, quite lucky i only have a few patches on the body but i have AWFUL scalp psoriasis which i have had for just under a year
to be honest i feel quite lucky because compared to some other people on here my psoriasis is nothing, and im trying to get mine under control before it starts getting worse and worse
trying to not let it get me down, im not embarrased by it or ashamed, i can't help it and no one else hardly even notices it and people are understanding about it and actually want to know more about it always get asked if its contagious though... daft.
hate seeing people getting so upset about it, take control of your psoriasis dont let it take control of you everyone could be much worse off.. best way to look at it i find
finding everyone on here super helpful and have all ready benefited from the support on here
