Hi Tarka,
I've also got ppp, tried various tablets and cream from the derm nothing has worked only suffered side affects and flare ups,
Since the end of August I decided just to use Dermol cream, my ppp is slowly clearing and I've had no flare ups, so keping fingers crossed especially for the next 3 weeks as I'm off on hols tomorrow,
Good luck with anything you try and let me know if you find anything that helps please, was going to try natural honey next if I get another flare just got to work out how to keep feet covered  :-\
Regards Maria

I have psoriasis and also PPP fortunatley for me mtx is working although I still have a little "dryness" and have the odd pustule on my my hands and feet, a far cry from this time last year when I couldnt walk at all because of it or even fasten a button my hands and feet were so bad. One thing I did try however that did help a little and that I have heard help someone a great deal is an ointment called Kartalin, we bought it from Estonia and its a natural type remedy. It stinks mind and is an awful brown colour but it could be worth a try. What works for one may not for another, its a case of finding what works for you I think with this disease unfortunatley.
