It bothers me too - ok if you're in a stable relationship maybe, but the idea of letting any new bloke see what I look like at the moment....... :-[

I guess I'd better work hard at the UVB and diet and get it under control  :-\

That said Pete, women are far less likely to react to your P than a bloke would be I think (I know women's reactions, I'm imagining the blokes). Women aren't such visual creatures, what a man is like matters more. So maybe choose a friendly girl,  not a 'madam' and then just be straight with her - and reassure her it's not catching or anything. I think you'll be ok  :-*

Is anyone here considering the "little chap" that is totally covered in plaque? It just isn't possible.

there are plenty of alternatives to keep p under control - no one on here should feel like their useless in life - yes when you have it in the early stages its bad but there are so many things now to get the p manageable its just finding what works --  is it the harder drugs is it sun is it diet or uvb..

Oh  :-*

If no sex life and married, you might be ascribing it to your P when that's not it. Sadly, women are noted for sex dropping off drastically when married, despite husband being gorgeous  ::)

If wanting an affair, follow advice in earlier post about choosing the right girl.

If wanting more sex with your missis, remember women are turned on in their heads not by their eyes. Romantic stuff plus boring stuff like doing the things she hates for her get the brownie points here.

Hang on a minute...just because he is married and at a really  low point why would you assume an affair is the way to go or even that is what he is asking???

Sex often suffers during marriage for many reasons and low self esteem is definitely one of them!

Talk to your wife, be honest how you feel and why it is effecting your sex life. It's very possible she thinks she has done something wrong and that is why you are pushing her away.  If she knows the truth then maybe she can offer you the reassurance that you need? If you are in a loving relationship then P does not have to get in the way...not unless you make it an issue.

Also talk to your doctor, sounds like your P is affecting your quality of life, it's not just about the way our skin is but also the effect it has on our everyday life.

Good luck to you

There was absolutely nothing wrong, or offensive, with what Frost originally posted. So why was it deleted, and who did it?
