And to think i was worried about showing my arms in warm weather! Fascinating story and I hope it all works out. As for treatment - does anyone else find that GPs in the UK (and i'm generalising i know) don't have a clue about P? I've been going for years, and all i ever get is 'here, try this different cream'.

Could you please let me know which fish oil you take and how you're getting on with the PA drugs

HI Simon,

I am taking a german brand of fishoil capsules (cause I feel they make me hickup less ;D), but they are even hard to get in german.
Best probably to ask in you lokal healthfood store and try out things a bit :)

As for the PA drugs: Still no side effects and (apart from a few occasional flares) feeling better than in years :)
