hello Kay.
I find myself looking at people when im out in the warm weather to see if they got p but so far i havnt spotted anyone,so perhaps they hide it like myself.

I also keep a look out in the warm weather for fellow sufferers, but never see any!

I try not to hide it, but depends on how I feel when I wake up in the morning!!
