We would like your help with research being carried out at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA, U.S.A. Our goal is to develop new and better ways to help support people who have psoriasis. We would like you to give us some information about your psoriasis and how it affects your life. We would also like you to tell us about your experiences with support groups you have attended.
It should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes to answer all our questions.
