i itch all the time but seems to get worse at night as its warm in bed. i use Doublebase moisturiser or aqueous cream to relieve the dryness and i take Piriton or Benydryl once a day tablets to stop the itch.

best wishes

Hi, have you tried a warm bath, then cover yourself all over with a mild talcum powder, it's very good, works for me, also, the single and most important thing you can do for your skin is to bath daily, at least one,  try the talcum, it really does calm things down,  xxxxxxxxxxxx

I have found that Eurax (crotamiton) cream can help with the itching. I have been advised that it is quite OK to use with the usual P creams, but it is pointless putting on until they have dried off.
