Can someone tell me how effective cocois is.  I've used it short term and did help quite a bit.  If i used it for longer can it clear P up or is it used just to get rid of the dry skin.  Also is it safe to use for a long time.  Thanks all

I found it didnt clear my p only removed the scales and was too messy!  I use coconut oil and dermovate scalp lotion, but to be honest, my scalp is 100% covered and nothing seems to be working on it.  Am on acitretin tablets now.  Scalp and nail p are one of the hardest to clear apparently.  Mine has settled a bit, not so raised and red but still there.  Sorry cannot give you any miracle answers, I wished! x

I started using cocois this week too.  Not had any improvement yet... I'm going to leave it on overnight tonight though, see if that will help.

i have been using cocois for last 2 weeks and at first it seemed less flakey but in the last 2 days its been horrific and tight and dry and horrid.

A iam off work tomorrow im gonna try what they use to do to me at the hospital and have put cocois on tonight (smell divine) and then reapply it in the morning (without washing it off) and then reapply tomorrow night and wash out of friday.

The cocois is to remove the scale - its an oil based treatment to ease the flakes away. - I find it quite effective. Then once the scales are removed i use Betnovate to treat the red area to keep the scales at bay
