hi, the last time i had puva was 16 yrs ago. I've noticed that my P is getting really bad now and i've got guttate in more places each week. I am thinking of asking the derm for puva at my next appt. Only thing that puts me off slightly is the time i need for it, i have to get someone to sit with megan 3 times a week or so. Is there a criteria for Puva before a derm will agree? What i may think is a bad coverage, he may not think is. Its been a long time and i was in a bad way 16 yrs ago so it was the final option then.
