I have just started using Derma Shield on my hands and I am starting to look impressed. The p looks much less agdrevated and a bit less scally
What it is is a barrier cream with added Aloe Vera and Vitamin-E. one application will protect the skin from outside attack from acids, Blood, Ink etc for upto about four hours. The company does not cliam it will clear my p but reckon it will help.
Here is the big whammy it can be applied as many times as you like and here it comes you can get it on prescription.
