Ive being using the dermalight for 4 weeks now and my P has slowly improved over this time.

The problem with the hand held devices is the amount of time taken to see reasonable results. For me the time and the cost are well worth it.

My P has always improved with sunlight so I had no reason to believe I wouldnt achieve similar results with the dermalight. I dont necessarily just concentrate on P affected areas either but rather try to achieve a good coverage of my body over 4 to 5 days of using the device.

What I have noticed (also applies to the sun) is that improvements can be seen over my entire body and not those just that have been exposed to the dermalight (or sun). I dont know if that is the same for everyone.

It still have stubborn spots that lag behind the others, but slowly, very slowly I can see good skin appearing. I still use betnovate and dovobet, but Im constantly reducing the dosage. Im less itchy, more confident, more comfortable.

And I also understand the instances of skin cancer havent increased due to the usage of these lamps.
