Hi after having psoriasis on face for years and tried a lot of creams with not any real success ,I find now ,sun and salt along with a little silkis ointment , double base , and try my best at the healthy living bit  ;D   It's calm at the moment  ;D  yeeee ha after 40 years of scales and itch

Hi
Make sure it is not Saborea and even if not you should try Elidel. It worked for me got no stero and effictive. In addition i would advise going to the beach. I discoverd that sun+ sun cream + sea water = very good effect.
