As some of you will  know I recently had a rash develop from uvb and had to stop the treatment . Well since last Fri I have been using elecon twice a day. No coal tar treatment as instructed. I hardly dare say it as it may be tempting fate but I have started to get some clear skin. My elbows were so bad that I couldn't move them without cracking. Today they are 50% clearer. Even the skin on my legs which has been getting gradually worse over the last year shows improvement.
Of course I'm thinking this is probably only because I'm using so much and it will flare up as soon as I cut down.
But today is a good and I'll enjoy it while I can.

What a relief for you!

Give it a bit longer and then reduce the amount you use by 50% for a bit, then 25% etc etc. If you don't do it too quickly, you'll hopefully enjoy the benefits for longer!

50 % Clearer, thats gr8 news, it seems like mines always gettin 50% worse these days grrrrrr

Good, I also used a bit of elocon and found it effective but did wean myself off carefully, as it is a strong steroid.
