although i no longer take and certanly do not recomend there use, in my younger days i did on occasion smoke the odd joint or 3. In all my years of p this period of time was proberly the most clear i had ever been. My derm spec said pure coincidence. Any body have any similer exp or info on reserch into drug use and p?

the only way id think it would help is reducing stress levels

This one has been discussed a few times here, the general consensus was that it neither had a benificial or detrimental effect on p.

I take ecstacy about once a month and find that the dancing only helps my P.

I find smoking weed makes my P worse but not significantly.
