Infliximab Infusions

I've been told by various derms the results are fantastic, people with difficult to treat p have, apparantly, been clear for months after having this!!
The prob is funding, its £6000 a go and depends on your postcode/health authority .
Is there anyone who's been lucky enough to have had this and what were the results?

We have had a couple of people who were on TNF blockers here in the past - dunno whether they are still actively posting here (so many peeps here - it's not hard to loose a face in the crowd ) - Coogz? Pepper? David? U guys still around?

I see my derm 12th July and am gonna discuss the possibilities of Infliximab, Amevive, Raptiva
