i'll post each set individually and comment below each set...

1st column is now, 2nd is 3 months back pre ldn

starting from the bottom up: left foot:

     

scaling and p 99% gone off little toe, scaling on other toes virtually nil but still red.
big toe p scale virtually gone but still red.  toe nails cut short and colouration certainly better, although scale buildup
underneath nails better but not gone.

right foot:

     

scaling and p greatly reduced on big toe leaving slight raised red pimple of p.
can't believe the diff in nail colouration...this is the 1st time iv'e compared side 2 side.
scaling overall reduced on foot and is a lot slower than normal to scale up.

left knee:

     

scaling much less compared to 3 month pic although a few minor spots seem to be a bit bigger or is it the camera angle

still scaling up..p thickest of all here....scaling area reduced
i'm not promoting morrissons or walkers crisps...and yes there are a few skin flakes on the rug
