Ldn diary – Last entryHave stopped taking Ldn now. As with all new potential P treatments we embark upon, I was really willing this to work on a grand scale (excuse the pun).
The results I achieved with the level of my p coverage were in the end negligible…slight improvements on smaller patches mainly on hands and feet.
Whilst on ldn the scaling process did seem to be slower but nowhere near me to advocate it as a success..
Overall I would guesstimate less than 1% of my p coverage saw benefit and after 4 and a bit months, the fat lady has sung on my ldn treatment. I am disappointed not to have achieved more with ldn within that timescale and although
Ldn has a slow mode of action, others have and are receiving good results it seems.
Good luck to all the other ldner’s..I really wish you every success and that ldn could be the one for you.

Right now, my skin is the worse it has ever been and has gradually built to this point
Since last tl01 nbuvb treatment Jan 09…although I am managing to maintain my skin being “comfortable”.
It’s soul-destroying at times to know that I have the contestant vicious circle -daily maintenance cycle to undertake for my skin just to feel ok, knowing if I lapse for a few days…my skin will play holy hell.

The p hasn’t won yet…I refuse to be beat.
But as with most of us p sufferers, I have to be resilient and progress down the different regimes and treatment plans out there..so now it’s back to the NHS for me.
Bring on the Enbrel..time for the next battle in the p war.
Thank you to all who have taken time to read and contribute to the diary, your collective support Has been gratefully appreciated over the last few months.Onwards…and upwards!
