Day 1,2,3,4,5 in the LDN diary...


Hallelujah, i managed to get the top off the ldn medicine bottle.
first 3 days, had a bit of sleep disturbance..now died down.
skin...no improvement (big surprise, can't expect miracles now )
i have an elevated sense of wellbeing, no aches and pains..maybe down to ldn?..or wife not naggin?
no side effects to report at all.

In addition to ldn, i will be using aqueous/dream cream moisturiser for body...no cheating allowed.
for facial/scalp/and ear p...to keep it from flaring...betnovate scalp app, eumovate cream, moisturiser.

Just a quick word. I recently came back from the dead sea. Have you considered a visit there? It could do you some good - although I know its a bit pricey. I bought a UVB light box before I went, used it six times only and now don't need it. I am selling it - thought you might be interested...

Anyway, you're very brave to post your piccies, but its better to let it out than hide it, well done mate.
