Day 6,7,8,9 in the ldn diary

scalp P is really calm, best it's been in a long time.
skin still flaking, in for a long journey....
no adverse side effects.

Didn't your Derm tell you about the suits, Tweets?    You have to be properly attired when taking LDN.  If you're not wearing  trousers, jacket, waistcoat and a dickie bow when taking the meds they won't be effective.

probably weak wrists due to being a plasterer also last night did not sleep a wink been told it can do this still felt okay when i got up for work at 5 am
