Day 10,11,12,13 dose 1mg/1ml ldn

Had a couple of rough nights sleep of late, guess this will fade over time.
however body P seems to be scaling at a slower rate, less flakes on the floor!
Scalp and ear P is vitually zero...so i'm off for a haircut later!...i'm looking forward to
seeing hardly any flakes on the black shawly thing they put on you ...oh the little things in life eh?

Day 14,15,16 : dose 1mg/1ml ldn


disaster!!! dropped my med all over the floor while i was halfcut late sat night
my hand/eye/bottle/syringe co-ordination went south...
managed to salvage enough to last me to end of today...so re-ordered another ldn prescription
hopefully will be here rapido from glasgow..

Again scalp / Ear P is virtually zero, facial P (which normally flares after a weekend booze binge)
is relatively calmer, but this could also be with using moisturiser/trimovate there.
gonna get protopic on next presciption after hearing of other peeps experiences of this.
Body P - no real change, think i need to boost the ldn dose up soon.

Sounds good pie. Yup Protopic is good stuff imo. Clears my face within 24hrs. Use very sparingly though and avoid the sun

Hi Pieman

Really hope LDN helps you - have to have some patience with it, but it is worth it!  After 7 months on it, I reckon I've had about a 70% clearance and now just have some light pink bits!  Good luck
