took these pics at work this morn
the patches are flat in the middle with a few small p lumps - reducing - on the circumference of the patches
pigmentation in the middle is slowwwly returning.

Glad u r improving mate, im sadlynot. IT was short lived. Infact im getting worse.
I may try going up to 3mg before i decide whether to stop treatment. Howsthe others doning ?

gutted that you've had a rough ride on ldn tbh m8
i know you said that at 2mg it made your PA worse and you reverted back to 1mg, were there any improvements with your P?
seems strange that gary's PA is fine and yours isn't stu....
could it be the same old scenario that "what  works for one..don't necessarily work out for others?  "
genuinely hope that your increase to 3mg..provides some theraputic relief with your p/pa.
jen seems to have had good results sofar viewing her pics, gary, ash, deedee's paul ..early days yet, the same as me really.
Be good if you ldn peeps could give us an update on how ya doin 
i'm currently on 3mg, no side effects, some small noticeable improvement - but still a long way to go until i reach a conclusion with ldn.

To answer your previous question, my psoriasis probably went up and down for about the first three months, with some small improvement - didn't think it was really working at that point and thought about stopping taking the LDN!  Sooo glad I didn't as the main improvement was between months 3-6, so pleeease stick at it - it really does work (well has done for me) but just takes some patience. 
I've now been on LDN for 7-8 months and am nearly all clear    which is amazing after having it all over for the last 12 years+ Just don't expect any quick results!!    Good luck  - is really great to know that it's helping other people (hopefully!)
