 ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Hiya all (again!)

I've noticed people in here talking about the Pagano's diet and how it has helped everyone's P.

However, I have never heard of this diet until now and am intrigued. Could anyone recommend me a site where I can find info on this or perhaps someone here can tell me more.

Thnx

If you look on the Amazon web site and search under author for John O Pagano you'll find his book. There are some reviews there which are helpful.

Just be careful when reading testimonals for the pagano diet on the amazon website- these are used as a classic marketing tool to sell their books. In other words-the testimonials and comments may well be bullshit.

Hello all,

Along time since I posted here - over the last year I've really started a 'Damn-u-to-hell' approach to the P ;)
Following as much as advice from here as possible I've stuck to a vegetarian diet, also avoiding dairy products.
I've almost (still working on this one!) stopped smoking & cut down alcohol - days after being drunk the P livens up again. I also read up on meditation & 'how' to relax which was difficult to get into but worth the effort.
So generally living a healthy lifestyle has helped me sooo much (thankyou to everyone who puts advice on these pages!) - I don't know whether it was general body stress that was making it bad but I feel alot better and can cope now with the patches that appear in the most stubbon places (elbows, hands and scalp).

I think its worth giving these diets & alternative methods ago - even if they don't 'officially' work - the fact you're making that effort and doing something without it coming from a tube or bottle puts you in a better frame of mind and makes you feel less like an 'ill' person.

Give em go.... nothing to lose (except a few pounds!) ;)
All the best to everyone!

Davester! :D

Hiya, mate, great to see you around here again!

AND it's great news to hear that you've found a way to keep the P at bay! :D
I agree totally with you, a healthy lifestyle makes me feel better in myself too, which in turn helps the P :D Mind you, I'm quite sure that a daily intake of healthy food arms the body in a way as to be able to deal with whatever troubles there may be - so that in itself helps the skin as well.

And woohooh and yahoody to you for cutting down on the smokes - I wish I could do that! Congratz! :D Keep it up now ;) ;D

Hop in again soon - it's nice to see an "old hand" dropping by ;D ;D ;D (you may even make it to Junior Member somtime! ;D ;D ;D) (sheez , I feel old now ;D ;D ;D)

Take care, keep happy
:D
