Prednisolone Tablets?

Hi,

So I've been to the doctor today because I couldn't till my appointment with the derm at the end of the month because the pain on my eyelids and under my arms is very bad at the moment.

He has given me 4 weeks worth of Prednisolone Tablets. I've never taken oral steroids for my P before, any info on it would be greatly appreciated.

yep had it prescribed  few times even  for psoriasis cellulitis & vaculitis
i usually have  6wk course

! best to wean of the  tabs can get rebounds

I seem to have a strange 'high' from this med, one side effect which is nice for a change!

over to those in the know!

Three days on this med and no more soreness, hand are clearing up, scalp clearing and I'm feeling great! No scales at all, just the red patches which are ALOT lighter! Shame this is going to be such short lived, got 3 weeks supply but as I'm now comfortable I'm just going to take every other day - I dont want to be fully cleared by time of my Derm appointment. Such a shame that this can only be taken on such a short basis  the results are shocking!! I've never had any clearance so fast!!!

Maybe you should take some pics of your worst bits to share with your Derm so he gets an idea of what it was like pre-steroid!

Luvvi, Thanks for the tip - never though about doing that  will defiantly do that, and enjoy the clearing I'm getting at the moment.
