I used sunbeds a few years ago, they worked wonders, more than any other treatment. P came back as soon as i stopped... but it did with uvb, and sunbeds are easier to get to!

I am fully aware of all the risks but i am considering another go soon. I cant honestly see the difference in pumping myself full of every drug the derm throws at me and using a sunbed - i am playing roulette as it is.. so may as well try it!

Just do not burn... please!!!

As long as you are not on any meds, a UVA regular sunbed is safer and more effective
than UVB. I found this out the hard way. Keep the minutes/joules down as low as you
can. Normal sunbeds have a tiny percentage of UVB in them, like 1 percent.

Best of Luck,

I was very silly and burnt myself on a sunbed. Never ever been in so much pain! And yeah the p came back got much worse.  :'(

Although i have cleared my torso up in the past by CAREFULL use of sunbeds. ;)
