smells..

i have recently diagnosed by my doctor as having puscular psorisis, will see dermo doc on 18th january to have it confirmed..  i have been given epaderm cream and betamethasone.. since using i have found i seem to smell, smells like sweaty feet all the time, within half an hour of bathing i can smell this nasty smell, i do use the cream a lot, and as my feet are affected, they get the treatment. is this something anyone else has noticed, it seems to be coming from one particular patch of psoriasis which i have had for at least 40 years on the top of my foot, it is really thick at the moment, i will mention to dermo doc when i go see him, just wondered if anyone else has noticed any smells..

Hi there.  I have no experience of this but I am sure its similar to using other creams which all leave you rather whiffy!  The only thing I can suggest, and I am sure you already do, is to wear cotton and leather shoes and change frequently to allow the skin to breathe.  I would certainly mention it to the Derm at your next visit though just for reassurance.
