Turmeric on your cereal? Well.... with P who knows! Maybe just a coincidence but I thought you'd all like to see it. I just fell across it today when I was browsing and for all the wonderful things we've all come up with on this site over the last two years, I would bet this is a first for Turmeric!!

Hence the topic start ... perhaps you have found some other one-off suggestions? Perhaps we can store them here!!

I read an American P forum and some people have posted there that they get really good results from turmeric capsules. I had never heard of it before that

I did hear that banana skin wrapped on the affected part can help ..I can't abide bananas though so haven't put it to the test

I heard recently that Emu Fire is supposed to help. I have yet to try this but i am going to, it can be purchased over the counter at a lot of pharmacies
