The telephone triage doesn't need to be done by a consultant its merely a checklist compiling information for review prior to your first consultation which should be with a Consultant.

telephone triage is not done by a consultant.. as someone rightly said its done by the care trust.. think of it drs /care trust / hospital.. cut out care trust happy days back to how it was 4 years ago

I think its all a waiting list thing, move from one to another | but anyhow i'm now on the waiting list for the derm so ill be getting my skin sorted shorty
