Top ten remedies??

I was wondering if there is a poll with the top ten most successful applications/therapies? Surely this would help sufferers decide on their next form of medication. I am sure there probably is -just don't know where to look. I am also contemplating purchasing skin salvation, has anyone tried it? If so - with what success?

Its such a long time ago on the posts that i cant find it.
anyway what interested me in the original article was the use of silicate salts involved........
i have read in todays Mail about Dermatix gel being available in a tube costing lots but i wonder if its available on perscription.........i shall investegate...as for the soap flakes and the like could be a go.aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh.......but watch out.........

 ((:y I dunno  about the soap flakes Tom but the Gel sheets the N.H.S supposedly use for scar tissue,which has been put into tube......... is i've been told by Vantage Pharmadooobrys that its an appliance not on the drug tarriff therefore the brand Dermatix cannot be percribed ...which is a shame because as usual it costa 49 pound a tube........boo hoo..... ((:c
