Hiya, the first time I had a course of about 16 UVB sessions and had remission for 3-6months. It was great! This was about 7/8 years ago though. Since then, the same treatment doesn't seem to have the same effect. I had remission again from natural sunlight 3 years ago (5 weeks abroad), and that lasted about 2-3months. Remission was great but whenever it comes back after remission, it comes back fiercer than ever with me- to the point where I'm in alot of pain and end up on antibiotics (could be due to my poor management though).
