Water is the most important thing on earth,
You can't live without it and you'll die if you try,
Your body weight is 60% water and your musels contain 75%,
Drinking enough water a day stops you from getting many
Diseases,
The body needs approx 2.5 ltr a day thats 10.5 glasses a day
But we get 25% from our food so thats 6 to 8 glasses a day min,
You can't repace it with soda cola tea coffee or booze,
These act as a diureticand stops you recycling salt water and nutriants ? through your body and you pee out the very things your body needs,
Booze is the worst of the lot
it dehydrates you and a dehydrated body is not a happy one,
A dehydrated body takes water from most of the vital parts
8% is taken from your blood volume,
This causes the body to close some cells and makes your blood thicker making it harder to pump through the body,
So you could end up with blood pressure high cholestrol
and even heart problems,
At best you'll get headaches and heartburn,
Laack of water as been linked to obesity,
If your on a diet water is natural appetite supressant,
So guys if your on a diet and you get huger pangs drink water

So forget the coke and soda drink water it's the very best,
Juice is good , Carrots the best it's a body cleaner,
Citrus no more than one small glass a day it's a trigger for
many many complaints
By the way I'm not a purist I like my booze as much as anyone but I DO drink loads of water,
If this post is a bit misspelled it's because the budgie has been running over the keyboard ,
