Any advice??
« on: September 28, 2005, 08:48:20 PM »
Hi,

Can I ask what you all put on your scaly bits when they're not active?  I mean -  I have big areas on my arms that are just white and a bit rough and flaky but not red and itchy. (at the moment anyway) -   Should I just be moisturising or should I be putting something else on as well?

If its not inflamed I would just use moisturiser on it , like aqueous cream

I agree with chunks...use a good emollient, regardless of what the plaques are like and do it at least once a day!

Even when my P is very good or I have some clearance, I moisturise still....

Good to hear it is looking good!

Jade - not heard of shea butter either - can you buy it in the chemist?
