My psoriasis has flared up really badly recently Was gone for over a year after I spent 4 months on acitretin but has come back even worse than before in the last few weeks and is really getting me down a bit Have no idea why it has come back as well....im like the most chilled out person ever!
Sorry to hear that, I'm glad you've found PHO though as I hope you'll soon discover it helps to talk to other people who know what it's like to live with p. It can be depressing and isolating but you're not alone now!
P can be mysterious sometimes - I think a few people have posted on PHO that their p has flared up even though they weren't feeling particularly stressed. And even some whose p had spontaneously started clearing!
As Guy said, check out Barney's formula as there are a lot of posts to read through about it (grab a cup of tea/coffee when you've got a spare hour!).
