I used to apply every day without fail, but got a bit lazy recently and stopped using creams altogether.

Despite that I have not been as clear as this for nearly 4 years

Yeah was totally regimented for month and months but the past couple of weeks I haven't!  Just got so fed up of spending hours in the bath and then being all sticky and yucky climbing into bed.  Will start again tho!

Have a Balneum bath every night if possible and then apply Diprobase and Dovobet.  Its such a blag when i want to go out though.  I just started a prescription of Neotigason and im hoping i won't have to apply as much cream.

I am a b*gger for putting my creams on, I get myself all pshyced up and say I will continue to put on everyday without fail, then I forget(silly I know, not as if you cant see it!) to put it on, then I start all over again. So I am like 1 day on, 3-4 days off, and so on.

Only using moisturiser to coincide with UVB at moment but must admit I used to go through phases of being really disciplined with the topicals for days and then it all going to pot.  It's just so time consuming and to use hubbies words a "ball-ache"  :)
