had a major sore throat last week and a cold the week before , which is really bad luck cus i've just got fairly clear from my last outbreak . last year i went to see a throat specialist who examined my throat and suggested i eat loads of natural yogurt . believe it or not my throat got totally better in less than a week . whether or not its good for strep throat , idon't know but i always keep some in the house now . ady

in the end I was so ill that P is the last thing on my mind!!

I'm on loads of Penecillin. It doesn't tend to bring up my P funnily enough... though it does tend to give me, ahem, another infection, so will have to watch that one!!!

Feeling loads better now though guys, if a little pi&*ed coz penecilling makes me a bit lightheaded (nothing I cant handle ;)) and am even venturing outta the house tonight. To drink WATER from a SEALED BOTTLE ::) And be laughed at by the locals of course ;)
