Burnt Bum
« on: December 16, 2011, 11:36:14 PM »
I have a burnt bum from my UVB treatment. Just thought I'd share it all with you!  :D

In related news, I am up to nearly two minutes and am beginning to see an improvement! Yay! You know when kids put their tops over their heads and run around in circles in celebration? I might do that!

YAY!! ...To improvement!  :D :D

Burnt bum isn't good, last time I had a burnt bum was on holiday on the Algarve years back and thought I was doing my skin a favour by nude balcony bathing. One of the worst places for sunburn oouch as it appeared after you cant just stand up forever till it settles!

good news to the improvement. apply heaps of natural moisturizer ie sukin products before you go into the light. it seemed to help me alot when i have light therapy,it helps absorb the light better and makes you go browner not redder.i have been having light treatment on and off for 7 or 8 years and it keeps my p 99% clear. hope this helps.

Oooh, I've done that too! During my light treatment last year - very painful! Had to cover up for my next few sessions to avoid a repeat performance.

Glad you are seeing improvements, hope it continues! x
