Coping with Thrush and P
« on: July 06, 2009, 04:44:33 PM »
ITS ITCHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:( *Wonders why in this day and age there is no actual cure for itchyness*

I can't see the doctor til tomorrow for the thrush, but I'm looking on the bright side, thrush can be treated more easily than p. And so I give my own tips for coping with extreme itchyness.

1. Lots of EB40 cream!!!!
2. Lots of icepacks in the freezer, it should numb you a bit and make you feel less itchy
3. Eat icecream! will cool your body temperature down, and plus sugar boost XD
4. Distract yourself somehow with something to do, like posting on this forum and complaining about it :P
5. If all else fails sit on your hands! - I actually remember doing this when I was younger.

I love you guys, even though I don't know you, thanks for reading XD.

Yup....you need to swap your ice cream for plain ice chips........no luck  ;)

Slap some live yoghurt on it straight from the fridge!

i've had that too, even itchier than p, i had to sneak out of work to get something for it, i went to the nearest chemist and asked for the "canesten once" tablet you can get, stuffed it in my pocket quick and handed over the 14 quid, got back to work and got a drink to take my tablet with and the dozy cow had given me a pessary, >:( was too embarassed to take it back, and no i never tried it to see if it would fit ::)
I got a little black book with me poems in
