I would say go for as much as is humanly possible to fit in there! ;D  LOL

Seriously, my friend went to a 36C and ended up going back for bigger ones a year later.  I on the other hand (pardon the pun) told my surgeon he had my full permission, to kneel on my chest and fill till he couldnt get another ounce of silicone in!! ((*o

I walked in a pathetic 30AA  and walked out a healthy 38DD   and I wouldnt have it any other way!! hehehehe

Next Q:  what to fill with

SILICONE every time. Anything else either feels like hard boiled eggs or  sounds like an empty crisp packet! )):g

   all depends on each person how big???

like loo i went from a double aa :-[ to a c /d cup  depending wher u buy ya bra n pleased as punch wiv my new puppies ;)

Don't you think it cruel to keep your new puppies
in the dark.....they're not just for Christmas you know.

People should be encouraged to let them out as
often as possible, stroke them a lot and generally
give them lots of loving attention.

wouldnt worry about it..with me the P can appear anywhere anyway! so (taking all other factors into account of course) go for it.
A bit of new found confidence and two more perky boobies in the world can only be good.  
If afterwards you feel you need support i humbly volunteer to follow you around and support your breasts with my hands.
