I can fully sympathise with all whats been said about bone idle Gp's. Back in the depths of time when I first started seeing the symptoms of Psoriasis I went to the Gp's ( now I happen to be registered with a large Gp practise so its pot luck who you saw). Now two of those Gp's both said I had flea bites as I had two dogs  >:(. This went on for over a month with me going every 3 days for over a month as the lumps/itch was driving me mad.
I finally got to see one of the ' senior' partners who took one look and told me I had Psoriasis, he then started the ball rolling for me to see a Derm. You have to keep pushing never give up, after all its all of us who pay their salary, and I work for the NHS.  ;D.

Funnily enough Daryl, my partner was only saying the same thing the other day. He was  reading about it online and he said I should avoid taking long showers. At present I take at least two long showers a day, so that's definitely something I could look at. Might help our water bill too! :-)

Md - Flea bites! Crikey - it makes me wonder what we are paying GPs their healthy salaries for!
