Good news finally. You're doing the right things.
I've been wondering, though: I did the traditional UVA+psoralen treatments, the regular UVB treatments and my psoriasis didn't improve. I had given up on UV therapy. Two or three years ago, I had a round of narrow-spectrum UVB and it was like a miracle. Is that the kind of treatment you'll be having?
I took very little sun at each visit, I made sure I didn't burn, and after a couple of months I went down to just a few spots (small ones on elbows, tiny spots on lower back). It was wonderful for my skin, though it didn't do anything for my fingernails, toenails and scalp. But my skin to LOOK clear for the first time in a long while was wonderful.
