I was told definitely NOT to put on any creams.....Alphosyl , Dovonex or whatever , but to moisturise before......ah well , conflicting advice certainly , but think about it...would you put some kind of protection/moisturiser on before you went out in the sun ?? An inert moituriser should do no harm....but obviously you should do as your told.......could be something that is unique to your skin that prompted that advice.
I was suffering VERY badly with dry skin , perhaps that is why I was told to moisturise......remember everyone is unique , what works for me may not for someone else,what my skin needs may not be needed by others.
