Kierans i have had Psoriasis for well over 20 years and yes i have tried all the above and NO it never made a slight bit of difference.
Sadly people on here sometimes forget what works for them may not work for others. I have tried the Dead sea salts my P hated it. Dont write it off give it a try.Its a case of what works for some doesnt always work for others, sadly its a case of trial and error.
