Seems very much like 'P' to me, too. Having has this for almost 25 years, I've used many products. My latest finds, and for me most successful, are Doo Gro - overnight - washed off in the morning with Psoriasis Shampoo and Conditioner from humankind organics (find them on ebay) if you're not allergic to tea tree oil OR Yaoh Hemp Shampoo and Conditioner OR Halos 'n' Horns kids' shampoo/detangler from any UK supermarket. There are recent references to these products and lots of extremely helpful suggestions about managing scalp psoriasis on the threads in What's the Alternative in the forum's Psoriasis Discussion Board. If you're concerned about it migrating to your face and neck, which mine does from time to time, it's worth considering humankind organics' psoriasis cream also and their foundation creams too.
