I managed to get my appointment brought forward from the original booking of 10th June, when i rang and explained that im a nurse and i needed to be seen asap, luckely they got me in for the next day!.
The Dermatologist was very nice, she confirmed that it is most definatly Psoriasis, and its guttate thats covering my whole body. She prescribed Exorex cream, and light-therapy 3 times a week to start next month, can i just ask, is light-therapy the same as UV therapy??.
Im applying the Exorex cream twice a day, im just praying it does something. Im trying to be strong and positive, but i just cant believe what i see when i look in the mirror. Im feeling very delicate at the moment, and people just seem to be saying the wrong thing all the time
