This sounds like it may be occlusion Niiki.

This is when the skin has poor contact with the air as in a plaster cast for example. This keeps out moisture and sweat. I noticed that when i used to get P above my wrist. When i wore a watch it seemed to fade a bit.

Mebbe so Judge, i should conduct my own experiment and keep my bracelets off for a while and see what happens, tho i have previously taken 'em off and had the P treated under occlusion and still it hasn't spread so god only knows :-/

Strangely, bout the only place my p hasn't shifted recently is under my watch! I'm attributing my recovery to the recent sun though, so with that bit hidden, maybe it's just not getting enough exposure!

I'm the same. I have p all behind my ears but none where my earrings are. However my ears don't agree with silver and if i wear silver earrings mor than a day p will appear on the holes and behind my ear.
My hands have p on them but none where my rings are. I wear a gold bracelet and i have 2 spots of p in the same place but my bracelet moves around alot, so it's hard to tell with that one.
I hope it helps with your conclusion. Good luck ;)

My other half did notice that my p wasn't as bad on the wrist that I wear my watch, but the jewellery I wear doesn't temd to much more than studs during the week due to my job.  :-?
