Life revolve around P? (in proper room now!)
« on: January 20, 2004, 11:57:04 AM »
I don't really know other people with P other than in my family, but does anyone else find that P is affecting even simple things, like going playing football, or having a sleepover? I find that I have to be all kitted up before I even go to meet the others for a football game so that they won't see all the spots on my stomach. Or rushing to the bathroom to put a shirt on before going out on the p**s so that my friends staying over won't see.

I know I should be just honest about it, but it always seems like an easy choice not to have to discuss it! Has anyone else any little idiosyncrasies (nice word!)
Theres no point in getting stressed - It does nothing for you!

I can cetainly relate to the covering up stuff.  And its odd isn't it that I am really concerned about people I know seeing the p and yet when I'm on holiday and on a beach with strangers I'm much more relaxed about it.

I could probably write a book on 'how to cover up your P and ruin your life in the process'....

:-/ :-/ :-/

Got better over the last year or so. Like Guy, I find it easier to let total strangers see it than those I know and love. Weird that...

I used to be obsessed with covering up too but have found it easier to show since finding this place and meeting other members at the flake breaks  :)

I always cover up, especially if I'm going somewhere where the are men. You're not alone, I feel the same as you. Becky xXxXx

Know exactly what you mean.  Was in dressing gown after shower this morning when postie rang but had to put PJ bottoms back on so he wouldn't balk at the sight of my legs  :-/

Hmmmm.... still - hope to be of Ian's mentality after the next Flake Break  :)
